| We have reduced the number of pictures on
the home page to speed things up a bit |
| Be aware - a couple of users are getting
around the site rules by exploiting e-mail features etc - I have implemented
optional click tracking for both of these people so I can prove thay are
mis-using the site, before I remove them. Everyone else should notice no
change at all. |
We finally got to the bottom of the picture
upload problem here, it took a massive session with all interested parties
involved but eventually we cracked it
In the process we have upgraded just about every bit of hardware, firmware
and operating system that makes the site function
The issue had been clouded by a much larger internet wide problem, that
still remains - good old MicroSoft and Windoze |

minority of users to affect the style or purpose of this site as has sadly
happened elsewhere. POSITIVE suggestions for improvement are always welcome. |
| Effective 1st Mar 2007 ALL images are subject
to approval - guest users will only be allowed to post pictures which are
better than the average on this site - no discussion, debate or appeal,
duff image - out it goes !! |
| There are over 640 pages on this site and
it is taking a while to effect the intended improvements, a drastically
reducing adult content, improving bandwidth for BAKERY customers and pushing
up standards. |
| As part of the on-going site improvements,
only customers can critique work by adding comments and only customers may
raise new notices |
| The imported german chat line based on
nearly 200 files has never been much good, so I wrote a 10 line version
instead - access it now when logged-in - on the stats page |

this is part of a site re-vamp - plenty more changes to come - positive

| The priviledge of linking to your own website
from your folio is now limited to customers |
| We added a second help page to show how
our image allowances are now more in line with other similar sites |

| We have updated the site with revised rules
on adult content. Folios may contain a maximum of only 5% hidden images
The percentage is shown in the health check tab under 'myself' if it is

click counting by users who are not logged in - this means top 10 folio
and most viewed picture reports are more realistic |
| For PJEPHOTO, you can now see the picture
views on your own folio - click myself and find 'pic views' - choose users
/ guests or all - takes a bit of time ! |
| Your email outbox (under myself) now shows
if the recipient has seen the email and when they delete it - apologies
for the mail getting repeated |

show MUA / hairdresser / stylist / location of shot and a big space for

a list of favourites by tagging folios, and then just display the tagged
ones and list your tags in myself |

use the folio health check to see if yours are OK (find it in myself) |

this can be a model's name which will link to their folio or free text -

those without pictures are now called 'associates' to reduce confusion -

(where they are BAKERY People members) and jump straight to an email requesting
to buy a print with the picture number etc |
